Nupaf Limited is a Hong Kong-registered company whose primary business is global procurement and logistics. We help organizations manage sourcing, supplier coordination, product development, quality assurance and international delivery through one accountable procurement relationship.

Managing the work between a requirement and a successful delivery.
International procurement becomes difficult when responsibility is fragmented across suppliers, production teams, quality-control activity and logistics providers.
Nupaf brings those moving parts together through a managed procurement relationship. From defining the requirement and identifying manufacturers to coordinating production, inspection and international delivery, our role is to maintain visibility and accountability throughout the process.
We do not treat sourcing, manufacturing and logistics as isolated transactions. They are connected stages of the same procurement project.

Understand the requirement first
Supplier selection is stronger when product specifications, quantities, commercial expectations and delivery requirements are established from the beginning.

Work at the manufacturing level
Nupaf coordinates directly with suppliers and manufacturers so product, production and commercial information can be managed close to the source.

Maintain visibility throughout
Questions, changes, timelines and supplier communication require active management throughout development and production—not only when an order is placed.

Verify before shipment
Quality issues are easier to address before goods begin international transportation. Product and packaging requirements should therefore remain visible through final inspection.
